Barre Fitness
Experience Barre Fitness, a dynamic fusion class that combines the grace of Ballet Barre exercises with the core strengthening of Pilates, the flexibility of Yoga, and targeted sculpting movements. This comprehensive workout is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your body, enhancing muscle tone and improving posture. Contemporary
Open level Contemporary teaches you how to express yourself using a freer style, exploring the use of off-centre movements, bending the spine and contractions. Contemporary dance inspires students to express themselves through the unique professional styles of our instructor. Class begins with a warmup followed by a section of technique which is incorporated into a short piece of choreography that is taught in the 2nd part of class.
Hip Hop Fundamentals
Step into the world of hip hop with our Adult Hip Hop Fundamentals class! Perfect for all levels , this class focuses on mastering the essential moves and techniques of hip hop dance. From grooving to basic isolations, you'll learn foundational steps while building confidence and rhythm. Join us for a fun and energetic session where you can unleash your inner dancer and vibe to the beat!
90’s Hip Hop
Get ready for our themed 90's hip hop class! Every session kicks off with a thorough warm-up and stretch to prep your body. Then, we dive into the main event with fresh, easy-to-follow choreography each week. We are here to celebrate the era's iconic music and dance styles. Come join us as we sweat, learn, and vibe to the rhythm of the 90's. Let's jam together!
Ballet
Explore the elegance of ballet in our Beginner or Open Level Adult Ballet class, designed for all levels and abilities. Focus on the fundamentals, such as posture and alignment, in a welcoming environment. Each class begins at the barre with a warmup and processes into the centre practice with turns, jumps and across the floor movements. Whether you're a new or seasoned dancer, our experienced instructors will guide you at a comfortable pace, helping you build confidence and flexibility.
Salsa
Join us for an energetic and fun salsa class designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned dancers. In this open-level drop-in, you'll work on basic steps, rhythms, and movements of salsa, with easy-to-follow instruction that will have you dancing confidently in no time. Our friendly instructor will guide the class and create a welcoming environment for all. No partner required, some experience is recommended for open-level drop in classes. If you have not taken salsa before, we suggest you start with our 4 week beginner progressive.
Dance Fit
Once the music starts and the beat hits, you’ll naturally ease into this fun, aerobics-style class that lets you move at your own pace. This full-body workout will keep you moving, toning, and smiling—all without any equipment. Each week, you’ll find it gets easier as you learn the routines, build strength, and grow your confidence. Breaking: Open Session
The Space has a place for Breaking —an unstructured drop-in space for breakers of all levels to practice, share, and connect. This is your time to work on your moves, refine your style, and vibe with others in the community. No instruction, no pressure—just an open space where you can come as you are and express yourself at your own pace. Everyone’s welcome!

Serene Body Sculpt
This mindful class provides both muscle strengthening and stretching. Before lengthening our muscles, we will use our own bodyweight to tone and enhance endurance of our muscles. In the second half of the class, we will focus on physically lengthening, mentally unwinding and allowing ourselves to be rejuvenated. This engaging workout is perfect physiotherapy; we all need the core conditioning and the time to counterbalance our workouts with static stretching.
Babies & Barre
This 45-minute class is designed to help you rebuild your strength and fitness, and perhaps you’ll make a new Mama friend too. Using both the barre (aka. your stroller handle) and mini bands, this class includes a variety of exercises to challenge your current fitness level. Whilst the class is designed to tone your entire body from head to toe, the emphasis will be placed on feeling strong and being in control of your body and pelvic floor!

Caroline MacGillivray
Caroline MacGillivray believes that movement is medicine! She has spent the past two decades creating wellness workshops and health promotions for students, corporations, and not-for-profits. She believes wellness is for everyone loves teaching workshops and classes including qi gong, hatha yoga, Barre, aerial yoga, and pole dance. A popular speaker and community builder, her past projects have included teaching bunny yoga classes to raise money for Small Animal Rescue, co- founding Qi Day and many projects working with women and children in Vancouver’s DTES including Beauty Night Society.

Ashley Binette
With over two decades in the performing arts, Ashley has honed her skills across multiple genres including tap, hip hop, jazz, musical theatre, and ballet. She’s trained under renowned masters like Jeni Le Gon and Jason Samuels Smith, and has graced stages from Las Vegas to the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games Ceremony, earning titles such as National Gold Champion.
Ashley brings her dynamic energy and wealth of experience to our adult drop-in dance classes. Known for her high-energy teaching style and inclusive approach, she ensures every class is accessible, whether you’re revisiting a long-loved hobby or stepping onto the floor first time. Gina Fulla
Gina, a seasoned dance teacher from the Lower Mainland, embraced yoga during her transformative 200-hour RYT training in Ubud, Bali. With degrees in Education from UBC, she skillfully blends her expertise in teaching both dance and yoga at the high school level. Her yoga classes emphasize breathwork, alignment, and mindful intention, creating nurturing space for growth and self-discovery.
A passionate advocate for mental health and continuous personal development, Gina also lights up Zumba classes with her energetic blend of dance and aerobic exercise. Alexa SteMarie
Alexa is a multi-disciplinary performing artist, arts educator and choreographer from Victoria, BC. She grew up studying ballet, jazz, contemporary, theatre styles and tap, and continued her artistic training at the Canadian College of Performing where she studied dance, voice, acting and creative process. With a strong background in dance and movement, and has since gone on to work with local dance company Broken Rhythms, as well as teaching dance at Boston Dance Collective and CCPA. Alexa loves to play in the places where movement and music meet, especially when it's shared with others.
